    WHAT WE DO

    Digital Platform: We operate two interconnected mobile applications:

    Borla Client App: Enables households, businesses, and institutions to schedule waste pickups, track services in real-time, make digital payments, and rate service quality

    Borla WMS (Waste Management System): Empowers waste collectors with GPS-guided routing, earnings tracking, customer communication tools, and performance metrics

    Waste Collection Services: Through our hybrid model combining company-owned fleet and independent contractor network, we provide reliable, affordable, and on-demand waste collection services across urban and rural Ghana.

    Sanitation Infrastructure: In partnership with the Government of Ghana, we develop and operate modern community sanitation facilities (toilets, showers, waste disposal points) serving underserved communities.

    Recycling & Circular Economy: We collect, sort, and recycle plastic, metal, glass, and organic waste, partnering with recycling companies to divert waste from landfills and create value from waste materials.

    Environmental Education: Through school programs, community workshops, and digital campaigns, we promote sustainable waste management practices and environmental consciousness.
