Eligibility Criteria: African nationals or applicants holding permanent residency in African countries. Applicants must be 35 years or younger at the time of application and have completed or be enrolled in a master’s degree or higher. A background in economics or related fields is required, along with demonstrated interest in research through coursework, internships, volunteer work, or personal projects, including participation in academic or community-based initiatives.
