Funding Organization: Coral Research & Development Accelerator Platform (CORDAP)
Funding focus: To support innovative research and development (R&D) projects that address local, affordable solutions to coral conservation and restoration challenges in developing countries. (including Ghana). The primary objectives of the Small Grants Program are to: Encourage local technology development and innovative approaches to coral conservation and restoration in developing countries. To enhance the capacity of local scientists, researchers, and organizations to conduct coral and reef research and development activities. To address critical knowledge gaps in local coral conservation and restoration.
Eligibility Criteria: Eligible organizations include not-for-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, higher education institutions, research institutes, industry and government organizations. CORDAP is unable to make grants directly to individuals.
Grant Limit: Up to USD 100 000 per project, for 1–2 years.
