Funding Organization: The Global Commons Alliance: Accountability Accelerator Grant
Funding focus: Early-stage projects and organizations working to advance corporate accountability for nature, with a particular regional focus on Africa, South America and Southeast Asia. Recognises and supports the rights and leadership roles of Indigenous Peoples and local communities as stewards of nature and the vast majority of the world’s biodiversity regions. Community mobilization, recognising Indigenous Peoples’ rights and empowering citizens to hold corporations accountable, especially across supply chains and on-the-ground impacts.
Eligibility Criteria: NGOs, Community-Based organization, etc. in Africa, South America and Southeast Asia
Grant Limit: USD$50,000-100,000
