Funding focus: To accelerate innovations that enable a just and inclusive energy transition, extending the benefits of clean energy to communities in developing regions and contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Projects that expand clean energy access in ODA-eligible countries across sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, the Indo-Pacific, and Latin America.
Eligibility Criteria: encourage applications from people of all backgrounds in ODA-eligible countries across sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, the Indo-Pacific, and Latin America.
Grant Limit: up to £7 million. Eligible projects must have total costs ranging from £50,000 to £300,000 and run for a duration of three to twelve months
