  1. We are seeking an unrestricted grant to support the implementation and scaling of our community-based projects focused on out-of-school children and youth skills development in Accra. This funding will provide us with the flexibility needed to respond to urgent community needs, strengthen our grassroots interventions, and reach vulnerable populations who are often excluded from formal education and economic opportunities.

Through this grant, we aim to deliver practical skills training, vocational education, mentorship, and life-skills programs that empower young people to become self-reliant, productive, and socially responsible citizens. Our approach integrates entrepreneurship development, digital literacy, and employability training to ensure that beneficiaries are equipped with relevant, market-driven skills.

The unrestricted nature of this grant will enable us to allocate resources where they are most needed, whether in curriculum development, training materials, facilitator support, community outreach, monitoring and evaluation, or the provision of starter tools for graduates of the program. This flexibility is critical for achieving sustainable impact, adapting to emerging challenges, and ensuring continuity of services.

Ultimately, this support will allow us to reduce youth unemployment, prevent social exclusion, and create pathways for long-term economic empowerment in underserved communities across Accra.
